Special features in financial modelling of risks in projects of public-private partnership in the Russian Federation

In this article there are special features of public-private partnership projects, influencing on development of financial models. Standard risks of investment projects and risks, unique for PPP-projects were analyzed. Results of the carried-out analysis allowed to distinguish the key aspects of development of financial models influencing on the process of risks distribution between partners. Article is prepared for heads and specialists of financial and economic departments of private companies and public institutions, teachers and students of economy and finance universities and also for all interested people.
