Features of pigs’ physiological status when nanocapsulated probiotics and seleniun-containg drugs are used

The article presents the results of studies on the influence of the nanocapsulated drug, so called "VetSel", which contains probiotic "Vetom 1.1" and microelement selenium in its organic form as selenomethionine and selenotsistenina (drug "Sel-Plex"), on the physiological and biochemical status of pigs. It is shown that nanocapsulated drug, due to resistance to corrosive acidic environment of the stomach, prevents the destruction of probiotic bacteria and allows to deliver most of them in the intestine in a viable state. It was found out that the use of nanocapsules with probiotic and selenium experienced, as compared to the animals that took drugs "Sel-Plex" and "Vetom 1.1" separately, hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, vitamins A and C significantly increased when malonovogo dialdegida and physiological norm of alanineaminotransferase and aspartateaminotransferase decrease. The used drug contributes to better metabolism of experimental animals, as evidenced by the high content of glucose in the blood which is the main energy equivalent of a cell. In addition, protein nitrogen in the organs and tissues increased too, it also says about indicates a high level of metabolism. Ultimately, as a result of the intensification of metabolic processes in pigs receiving a combined drug as nanocapsules, an increase in daily weight shows. Physical evaluation of nanocapsules with the help of atomic force scanning microscopy showed that the encapsulated drug has supramolecular properties. In the in vitro incubation with intestinal content from the filtrate introducing drug therein revealed 1,0•105 bacteria. There are no probiotic bacteria in incubated filtrate of a stomach. It has been shown on laboratory animals and dogs that the drug "VetSel" is non-toxic and does not cause allergic reactions, which undoubtedly increases the value of the used nanocapsules.
