Features of formation of administrative and political elite in conditions of the Russian society transformation

The article raises problems of formation of administrative and political elite, actual for domestic political science, in the conditions of transformation of the Russian society. The author considered methodological problems of modern researches in the sphere of elite studies and the history and the present of administrative and political elite of Russia. The article also focuses attention on the questions of evolution of power groups in Russia in the conditions of socio-political development of the Russian society and structures of the power. The author considers the development and transformations of political elite and counter elite at the regional level, drawing the conclusions concerning interaction of elite and the population and improvement of qualitative structure and increase of efficiency of activity of modern Russian elite.
