Features of formation the amino-acid and mineral complex in fruits of wild plants in ecological conditions of Dagestan

Бесплатный доступ

It is defined that formation of mineral and amino-acid complex in fruits of wild-growing plants growing at various heights above sea level, depends on their variety specificity and influence of environment. Soil and climatic factors of flat zone in Dagestan promote big accumulation if microelements in blackberry, medlar and sloe. Distinctions in the content of mineral substances in these berries are generally caused by features of chemical and mechanical composition of soils. Climatic conditions has small influence on process of microelements accumulation in fruits. It is shown that the sea-buckthorn from mountain zone of Dagestan contains richer amino-acid complex, characterizing its biological value, than a sea-buckthorn from a flat zone.
