In order to increase the efficiency of managing hotel enterprises, it is necessary to improve and adapt the methods of pricing a hotel product. The article considers the main approaches to the structure of a hotel product. The author presents the main methods for evaluating and implementing pricing strategies of a hotel enterprise. The most important tasks of a hotel enterprise are the choice of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of price policies. In theory and practice to study the price situation changes various methods are used, the average price method and index method are among them. In addition, the index method has become widespread in practice. The index method characterizes the price level for various types of hotel services among different territories
