Features of the formation of digital competencies in modern labor market conditions

The article considers digital competencies of three main models: the European Model of Digital Competencies for Education, ECDL / ICDL models, digital skills within the framework of the Target Competence Model - 2025 developed by The Boston Consulting Group. The current trends of the labor market as of November 2022, as well as changes in the IT sector of the labor market since the beginning of 2022 are presented. The conclusion is made about the formation of conditions for starting a job search by IT specialists in industries undergoing digital transformation, which may lead to the displacement of some specialists with only highly specialized industry skills with a low level of digital competencies and unwilling to develop them. The ways of development of digital knowledge, skills and abilities for leveling emerging risks and maintaining the competitiveness of industry specialists are presented.
