The peculiarities of the development of the educational doctrine

This article is devoted to the issues of the development of the educational law in the Soviet Russia, particularly the development of the educational doctrine and the basic principles of the Soviet educational policy. The analysis of the legal acts shows the development and legal consolidation of the principles of education and up-bringing. The emphasis throughout all the stages of the educational systems is on the consolidation of the ideas of communist upbringing, the priority was given to the principles of unity and continuity of education as well as its availability, polytechnism and labor education.
