An image is one of the main controls, promoting the increase of the organization functioning efficiency. In addition, it is an instrument of influence on public and individual consciousness, which requires constant monitoring. However, the image is not only a control tool, but also it’s the object of management. Therefore, starting from the moment of its formation, it is necessary to conduct purposeful permanent work on the image, while taking into account the peculiarities of each target group. This study proves the necessity of forming the image of the organization. The notion "image" is investigated in various interpretations of foreign and domestic scientists. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of social entrepreneurship in the formation of positive image. The purpose of this research is to identify modern means of forming the image of the organization and also to study the role of social entrepreneurship in creating the image. Carefully thoughtful image of the company forms positive image among consumers, which becomes recognizable and attractive. Today, increasing distribution acquires social entrepreneurship as a way to create a positive image of the organization. An effective social policy supports external brand of the organization, which makes it possible to interest the most valuable employees, and also determines a stable positioning in business environment, which contributes to the establishment of a reliable partnership.
