Features of team spirit formation at TV industry enterprises

The article substantiates the actualization of the application of team managementin enterprises’ activities, contributing to the improvement of productivity andultimately achieving high social and economic results. The pithy aspects of teamspirit and the basic methods of its formation are considered. The specifics of thetelevision industry enterprises, which necessitate the use of command managementtechnologies and the formation of team spirit, are analyzed. Specific examplesare given from the experience of leading domestic television companies in theformation of corporate culture and high team spirit. Based on the analysis, theauthors offer specific practical recommendations on the formation of team spiritin the TV industry.
