The article investigates a number of factors influencing the formation of employee motivation in enterprise structures. Investigation of the structure of value orientations of employees on modern Russian enterprises can in being able to identify the main directions of formation of motivation of the personnel, which should lead to greater competitiveness of enterprise structures in the Russian economy.
