Specifics of formation of the subjective position’s motivational components of athletes with high professional qualification

The article considers sport as an environment promoting formation of athletes’ motivational components of the subject position, and ways of application these resources in the vocational activities. The undertaken research shows that study of sport opportunities broadens interpretation of the sport as an environment promoting development of subjectivity of the athlete’s personality, including social and mental areas, which contributes to the achievement of the highest sport results.
