Peculiarities of formation of defence-industrial complex ruling elite in the South Urals of post-war period (1945-1965 years)

The article deals with the scientific ruling elite of defence-industrial complex in the South Urals as a particular social group; reveals such principles of its formation in the post-war period as a principle of mobilization, a principle of list; discovers the role of scientific heads in developing research branches of military industry.
