The peculiarities of future teachers' moral and professional orientation formation

The article shows that one of the most important tasks of a future teacher professional development as a competent specialist and a cultural person is to acquaint the student with the pedagogical values. The formation of moral-professional orientations as the basis of moral-professional attitude to the teaching profession determines the formation of the mastery component of professional readiness as it is a part of a student's development level. The article depicts the definition of moral-professional orientations; it also reveals the mechanism of moral-professional motivation management. Furthermore, the pedagogical conditions of the moral-professional orientations formation of future teachers are analyzed in the article.
