The features of formation of professionally important qualities in MIA of Russia cadets

The article focuses on the study of distinctive characteristics which affect the pedagogical process of formation of professionally important qualities of the cadets of cadets of higher educational institutions of MIA of Russia. The article summarizes and studies the requirements imposed by the state on employees of the internal affairs bodies, the result of which is the educational process of forming professionally important qualities of cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Based on their analysis, conclusions are drawn about what knowledge, skills and abilities cadets should acquire in the course of training. The results of the study are of theoretical and practical significance for further study of the formation of professionally important qualities of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as for their application in the formation of curricula in universities.
