Peculiarities of formation of professional culture during the director's education of artistic-sports directions

The article is devoted to the culturological research of pedagogical interaction system among professional practice organizations and institutions of higher education to master the tasks for the preparation of bachelors of the direction 51.03.05 Directing of theatrical performances and holidays, directivity (profile) Artistic and sports performances and holidays. The detailed process analysis of professional culture formed in higher education for directors of mass entertainments within the framework of a competence-based educational and methodological model and the conditions of social partnership has been conducted: educational organization, practice enterprise, students getting higher education. The evaluation of cultural dynamics of use by type of professional activity of educational and methodical forms of preliminary planning of main stages of interaction system for the implementation of practical tasks of the practice base and their working off during the contact teachers’ activity - course methodologists by the types of practice of the direction and bachelors has been represented. The determination of forms and methodological planning principles of a contact: class, practical and independent work with students according to the educational plan of the direction, prepared on the basis of the Approximate Educational Program and Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of the direction, acting under professional coordination of responsible specialists of bases of practice have been covered. Such forms and methods of development of bachelors’ general professional and professional competences of the direction become important development elements of interest in continuing of meaningful education, increases the qualitative mastering level of all types of professional activity: directing- stage, organizational-managerial, scientific-research one. The study is based on the results’ description of the modeled process in educational organization and practice enterprise of students’ professional adaptation and formation of professional culture in the form of a mixed stage group on the principles of intercourse interaction under the supervision of the head of a practice of the direction.
