Features of formation of psychophysiological professionally important qualities in cursants of aviation universities

The article discusses the professionally important qualities (PIQ) of the pilot, which guarantee the successful implementation of his professional activity. The features of the formation of psychophysiological PIQ in future aviation specialists are revealed. The issues of mental readiness, neuro-emotional stability and autogenous training of flight personnel of aviation of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation are considered in detail.
