The paper deals with the formation of the reputation of a PR-organization. We study the place and role of reputation in the development of the company and its success in the market. The features of creating and maintaining the reputation of modern PR-organizations are revealed. It tells about international associations of PR-organizations, whose membership helps them maintain their image and reputation at a high level.
