Features of the formation of special qualities for activities in a stressful environment

The article presents the main methods of forming the qualities necessary for them to act in a stressful situation among the employees of the penitentiary system of Russia: activation of mental processes and states associated with a specific quality; increase of psychological activity corresponding to the developed quality; arming students with recommendations on identifying and analyzing a stressful situation; varying the conditions associated with the need for the manifestation of the developed quality; creating educational stressful situations and conditions requiring the manifestation of the developed quality; maintaining diligence and perseverance in training for the development of special qualities necessary for activities in stressful situations
