The article discusses the specifics of forming a strategy for the development of sports TV channels using the example of Match TV. The study analyzes the main stages of the development of the TV channel, identifies significant factors determining its success. It is emphasized that thanks to the strategically correct decisions of the management of the Match TV channel, he managed to finally establish himself as the main sports broadcaster of the Russian Federation. In addition, the strategic guidelines of the TV channel are proposed, which will allow it to continue to develop.
