The timeliness, quality, and scope of engineering education is one of the key factors determining the consistency of design (organizational and technological) solutions in terms of stability and effectiveness during the construction of an industrial facility. Adequate organizational and technological solutions which account for the actual conditions at the construction site or the expected construction conditions and predictions of possible negative factors must be developed to improve the quality of the preparatory stage of constructing of an industrial facility. The purpose of this research is to identify conditions and develop methodological justifications for improving the methods and approaches to creating and managing procedures when preparing a construction site. As a result of this study, we developed hypotheses on the feasibility of using probabilistic models when developing organizational and technological solutions to ensure the quality and effectiveness of engineering and technical preparations in the preparatory stage of constructing industrial facilities. The proposed approach can expand the capabilities of organizing and managing construction processes in the dynamic conditions of construction as well as the practical application of risk factor prediction.
