Features of formation of military-professional competence of the cadets of the military institute of national guard troops

The Formation of military-professional competencies of future officers is an important task of the educational process in the universities of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation. The process of teaching cadets is difficult to implement in isolation from educational activities as a systemic pedagogical process. Military-professional competence in the context of training has great potential for personal development, professional growth and development of future officers. The article reflects the features of the formation of military-professional competencies and presents a method of training cadets of military high school.
