The peculiarities of phospholipid erythrocyte membrane compound in conditions of post infarction cardiosclerosis

The membrane erythrocyte phospholipid spectrum change was studied on Wistar rats in conditions of post infarct cardiosclerosis. Observation showed that in two months period after coronary occlusion post infarct cardiosclerosis forming minor - massive phospholipids balance shift in erythrocytes membranes and blood serum containing high POL products concentration takes place. Conclusion: the observed changes reveal structural and functional cell membrane complications. These changes can be considered as factors having negative impact on post infarct heart remodeling, and showing the adaptation decrease of blood cells as well as the whole animals' organism.
