The effect of additional (stimulating) 405 nm radiation on the IR excited anti-Stokes and Stokes luminescence of Y2BaZnO5 : Er3+, Yb3+, Ce3+, Me(1), Me(2) where Me(1) andMe(2) are elements of II - VI Periodic Table groups, is investigated. The effect of ceriumand coactivators Me(1), Me(2) pairs Me(1) and Me(2) along with their concentrations on thevisible and IR luminescence intensity and on these intensities change after the stimulation on/off is studied.A phenomenological model of the elementary processes occurring in this case is proposed.
