Features of functioning of the institution for social and labor partnership in Russia

The article discusses some issues related to the development of social and labor partnership in Russia. The urgency of this research concludes in the increased needs of modern society to organize institutions capable of managing social conflicts, such as the institution for social partnership. The aim of this work is to identify existing achievements and problems of the institution for social partnership in modern Russia in its traditional sphere of labor. Currently, there is a legal framework that takes into account the Russian specificity, there are associations of workers, employers, a large number of collective contracts and agreements are concluded at various levels. However, it should be stated that the quality of social partnership in the social and labor field of Russia raises many questions.
