Features of functioning of institute of authorized (business ombudsman) on protection of constitutional rights on freedom of business activity

In article problems of legal regulation of institute of the business ombudsman, i.e. representative for protection of the rights of businessmen are considered. Characteristics of regulation of this institute at the regional level are analysed. It is revealed and is reasonable that for the business ombudsman fixing of the right of a legislative initiative is necessary.
