Features of functioning of industrial clusters in modern conditions

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the functioning of industrial clusters. Clusterization models and practices in different countries are shown. It is proved that the cluster support policy, being part of a strategy aimed both at developing the region and business, is often implemented implicitly, but disguising itself as a regional, innovative, industrial or support policy for small and medium-sized enterprises.
