Peculiarities of using the word “platform” in the modern Russian language

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the functioning of the word “platform” in the modern Russian language.The author shows the changes in the semantic structure of the word based on the analysis of dictionary entries, contexts from the National Corpus of the Russian language, as well as the results of the linguistic survey.
