Specifics of the activities of public utilities management companies (case study of the Vologda oblast)

The conducted analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey of management companies’ heads identified the key features of and problems in the work of professional participants engaged in the management of apartment buildings in Vologda. The article identifies the main guidelines of state policy, the implementation of which will enhance the performance efficiency of management companies.
