Peculiarities of state procurement by budgetary institutions

The work reveals the legal features of public procurement institutions of the public sector. Clarifications are given and comments are given to regulatory acts governing public procurement. To date, there are many problems related to this issue. In the absence of a legislative settlement, the issue should be resolved either in the order of recognizing the debt by the supplier, or if the possibility of withholding is provided for by the agreement of the parties.
