Features of civil-legal status of the insider

The article given is devoted to the analysis of the Insider's civil-legal status. Allowing for inter-industry relations of private and public law the grounds of obtaining the “Insider” status are differentiated and the Insider's classification and their subjective rights and responsibilities are offered in the article. There is indentified the issue of civil-legal status of public-legal entities as the Insiders. The article author's approach is provided to the content definition of subjective law to insider information. The article concludes about civil-legal consequences occurrence when the Insiders are executing the requests to implement their subjective civil rights and responsibilities and providing the investors interests, prescribed by public -legal norms.
