Features of civil legal liability of business entities

The article discusses the features of the legal nature of legal liability in the field of entrepreneurial activity. The author reveals the features of the application of civil liability, analyzes the differences between this type of liability and general civil liability. In particular, the author comes to the conclusion that entrepreneurial liability differs significantly from other types of liability in terms of its content, conditions of occurrence, and size. In addition, one of the main differences is its subject composition, which manifests itself in the possibility of resorting to attracting additional debtors in the form of subsidiary liability. Joint and several and "limited" liability is also used in the field of entrepreneurship.
