Features of a group of persons and a group of persons by prior agreement

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the most common forms of complicity - a group of persons and a group of persons by prior agreement. Characteristic features have been identified for each of them, which make it possible to distinguish not only them from each other, but also from other forms of complicity (organized group and criminal community (criminal organization)). The points of view of various scientists are given, the practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is considered. According to the results of the study, despite the use of evaluation categories by the legislator, distinctive features are indicated in the thesis.
