The author considers the functions of a personnel training manager to identify the need for corporate training, its organization and effectiveness assessment, and focuses on synchronous and asynchronous training. The forms of corporate training are disclosed: training, virtual reality, webinar, online course, gamification, micro-training (podcast, notes, etc.). According to the author, micro-education and the use of virtual reality technologies are the most effective.
