Peculiarities and disadvantages of order proceedings in the civil procedure law of the Russian Federation

This article examines the main features and shortcomings of the institution of order proceedings in civil procedure law. One of the types of proceedings is a simplified, in contrast to the claim, procedure for protecting their rights in court, by submitting an application for a court order with its own characteristics. In addition, there are shortcomings in this institution that need to be resolved legally.
