Through a comprehensive review of contemporary scholarly publications, this study examines the economic, political, and military doctrines of both the United States and China in North and Sub-Saharan Africa. The authors employ a comparative-historical research methodology to investigate the foreign policy strategies enacted by U.S. Presidents Barack Obama, Donald Trump, and Joe Biden.
