The relevance of the problem posed is due to the issues facing modern times regarding the role of quality assessment in an effective management system of a service enterprise, in particular in such an economic area as the event industry, the theoretical coverage of which does not fully reveal the essence, complicating the task with an individual approach to considering this aspect.The study is aimed at identifying effective areas in the quality management system of event events and event services in the context of effective hotel operations. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the quality assessment of event services based on a hotel enterprise in the city of Yekaterinburg, the authors identified the main directions for improving the quality of their implementation, and also identified the conditional relationships and contradictions in the organization of congress and exhibition events.The developed author’s conclusions and recommendations will allow expanding the range of services and their quality, which in turn will have a positive impact on increasing the level of competitiveness of enterprises in the hospitality sector.
