Features and problems of conducting trades: organizational-economic aspect

The article is devoted to the study of the nature of trades as a tool for procurement for state organizations. The article reveals the specifics of the bidding procedure and identifies the main problems for state organizations. The author differentiated the organizational and economic problems of the functioning of the state procurement system in three levels and suggested ways to solve the identified problems.
