Features and problems of consideration of individual labor disputes by the commission on labor disputes

Today, the most important problem of civil society is the violation of the labor rights of citizens. In this article, we will consider the main problems that arise in the process of considering individual labor disputes by the Labor Dispute Commission (hereinafter referred to as the CCC). Among the common problems, we attributed the problem of compliance with the procedural deadlines for filing an application to the CCC, the pronounced inequality of the parties to an individual labor dispute, the problem of determining the size of the CCC, and a number of others. As a result of considering the above problems, we proposed possible ways to solve them.
