Features of idiostyle of the Tver poet Sergei Gerasimov (based on the collection of poems "Clouds")

The works of the famous Tver poet Sergey Gerasimov are considered in the aspect of the idiostyle and in the context of the modern Russian literary process. The material for the analysis was his latest collection of poetry. The main attention is paid to the aesthetic system, the problems and the poetics of Gerasimov’s works, the language and the style of the poet. The author reveals the role of the old Russian tradition, the principles of artistic historicism, concludes about the degree of conceptual and genre-style integrity of the book, as well as about the evolutionary changes in the literary and creative position of the poet.
