Acute intestinal infections (AEI) to this day continue to occupy one of the leading places among infectious pathology around the world and in our country, second only in frequency to acute respiratory diseases and influenza. Currently, the study of opportunistic microorganisms (conditionally pathogenic form - UPF) and diseases caused by them is becoming more and more popular. The significant prevalence of gastrointestinal (GIT) lesions in children caused by UPF, clinical polymorphism, difficulties in diagnosis and treatment require further study of this problem.
