Features of the immunologic indicator values in children with nervous system pathology associated with aerogenic exposure to aluminum

The analysis of the features of the immunoregulatory indices among child population with nervous pathology living in conditions of aerogenic exposure to aluminum was carried out. The study results revealed that in the studied cohort of children there was violation in the cellular component of immune system, that was exhibited in the oppression of phagocytosis, decrease of the content of the activation marker CD95+ in comparison to the norm and control, as well as in the decline of the transcriptional protein Bcl2, p53, receptor TNFR in 100% and 57% of children of the main group, respectively, and in the decrease of the nervous system regulation mediator -apolipoprotein A1.
