Features of the institute of criminal liability of legal entities in the UK

The article deals with the peculiarities of the instituteion of criminal liability of legal entities in the UK in the context of the "identification doctrine" and assesses the possibility of borrowing the experience of the English legislator when deciding on the introduction of the institute of criminal liability of legal entities in the Russian criminal legislation. The article presents a brief historical development of this institute and the current position of the English courts and other law enforcement agencies on the issue of reforming the current model of bringing corporations to criminal responsibility.
