Features of integration of artificial intelligence into project management processes of digital transformation of a company

Theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of AI implementation in the processes of managing digital transformation projects of a company are presented. The opportunities and threats of such an approach are analyzed. An example of successful practice of AI implementation is considered, illustrating the formation of new value for business and improvement of competitive advantages of the company. It is shown that AI implementation qualitatively changes the corporate environment and reveals additional incentives for growth and development for companies.
