In modern antimonopoly regulation there is no theoretical basis for the consistent approach to calculating the limitation period for the consideration of cases of anticompetitive agreements. This work is devoted to the analysis of the legal nature of anticompetitive agreements, legally significant elements of their proof and the procedure for determining the limitation period for the consideration of cases of anticompetitive agreements.
