Use of Latin terminology in medical English in studying morphological disciplines (on the example of anatomy)

This article is devoted to Latin borrowings in medical English. Special attention is paid to the process of assimilation of medical terms. We found that Latin borrowing include 38% of full grammatical borrowings, 59% of partial grammatical borrowings, and 3% of half-calques (anatomical medical terms are provided as an example).
