The article deals with the importance of a properly constructed system of personnel motivation in modern economic realities, especially in the aspect of non-material incentives. The concept of stimulating the organization's personnel is revealed. A detailed analysis of the methods of non-material incentives, motivating factors, as well as its impact on the effective work of the company's personnel is presented. Various ways of stimulating the company's employees in an intangible way, including using the gamification method, are proposed.
