The article considers the concept and essence of the socio-psychological adaptation of employees, the main aspects of the most popular methods of diagnosing the socio-psychological adaptation of employees (K. Rogers and R. Diamond, A.G. Maklakova and S.V. Chermyanina). The authors substantiate the choice of K. Rogers’ and R. Diamond’ methodology for conducting research on the socio-psychological adaptation of jewelry company employees, and demonstrate the application of the selected methodology in the context of a survey of its new employees. The article presents the results of the analysis of the data, identifies the weaknesses of the functioning of the system of socio-psychological adaptation and justifies suggestions of measures for transforming weaknesses into relevant norms.
