The scopolamine introduction in a doze of weight of 2 mg / kg of b.w.) causes decrease in capacity HF and LF-waves of heart rate variability and growth of heart rate frequency (HRF) at female rats. In stress on background of M-cholinoblockade capacity of LF-waves all over again accrues at male and female, and to end of stress capacity LF and VLF-fluctuations considerably raises. Galanthamine (2 mg / kg of b.w.) promotes strengthening of VLF-waves at male and female rats in rest. In stress on a background galantamine the capacity of HF- and LF-waves, later - also VLF-waves avalanche raises, however it is typical only for male rats. We assume the participation not only peripheral, but also central cholinergic structures in formation of heart rate variability-waves.
