Features of change of status of authorized economic operators with the improvement of legislation in the framework of the EAEU

The article deals with changes in the legislation of the EAEU. The advantages of the Institute of authorized economic operators in the provision of services to foreign trade participants are analyzed. The comparative characteristic of the old and new customs codes is carried out. The necessity of further improvement of the regulatory framework in the framework of international integration processes is substantiated.
