The scientific article discusses the features of measuring job satisfaction through indicators of employee engagement and loyalty. The paper emphasizes that the effectiveness of job satisfaction in modern organizations is best measured through indicators of engagement and loyalty. In this regard, it is determined that when measuring job satisfaction, the survey should consist of such sections as measuring the level of engagement, assessing the opinion of employees regarding their workplace and working conditions and determining the degree of loyalty of employees of the company. It is noted that when conducting a survey of satisfaction in an organization, it is necessary to take into account its industry affiliation and field of activity.
